Adobe’s Photoshop Elements

I downloaded Photoshop Elements 11 just recently when it was offered as I opened my older version.
To e-mail a photo in Adobe photoshop 11I have to verify the "sender". What does this mean?

Adobe’s Photoshop Elements has one of the most predictable release date cycles – It come out just about the same time each year with minor improvements and tweaks each year. So when is Photoshop Elements 11 coming out? Here are our predictions,

Photoshop Elements 11 – Expected to be released in September 2012.
Photoshop Elements 10 –  Released on September 19, 2011. Link to free trial.
Photoshop Elements 9 – Released in September 2010.
Photoshop Elements 8 – Released in September 2009.
Photoshop Elements 7 – Released in October 2008.
Photoshop Elements 6 – Released in October 2007.
So is it worth waiting for Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 or just should you just go with Elements 10 now? As this is an annual release, it’s probably not worth waiting until September to get version 11. And looking at the features that are added each year, many of them being minor tweaks and improvements, it’s already a powerful product that’s priced relatively low (especially when you compare it to Photoshop CS5).
