Watch the video above on December 5 11, where Adobe will reveal new features it's adding to Photoshop – features that will likely be only for subscribers to the company's Creative Cloud software-and-services subscription offering.
(The event was originally set for Dec 5 but has been delayed until Dec 11)

Adobe says that those who watch the streamed video (above) will 'be one of the first to hear what's next in Adobe Creative Cloud' and 'see what’s next in Adobe Photoshop'.

Adobe has released the Photoshop CS6 update 'sneak peek' video below, which hints at features including

Support for Apple's Retina Displays in its MacBook Pro (which was announced back in August)
The ability to apply blurs to video using the on-canvas controls added in Photoshop CS6.
The ability to copy CSS.
Improvements to type tools includng Character Styles.
Improvements to Photoshop Extended's 3D tools.


The event will also see the roll out of the Team version of Adobe's Creative Cloud, and a mobile-focussed annoucement too.

Adobe has been releasing relatively minor updates to its CS6 tool for Creative Cloud subscribers over the past few months including updates to Illustrator CS6, Edge Animate, Muse, Dreamweaver & iOS apps, and Adobe's Digital Publishing Suite.
